Investor Partnership Manager
DBT Capital
• Source new partner relations through targeted outreach, events, and thought leadership • Cultivate and expand relationships with board members, family offices, VC / PE firms, and other investors • Organize and attend DBT growth dinners, industry events, and networking activities • Manage partner performance in HubSpot, ensuring accurate attribution, tracking, and performance analysis
Job Requirements
- Strong existing network in Gothenburg and/or Malmö
- Strong interest in entrepreneurship and company building
- Proven ability to build and scale partner ecosystems
- Structured and data-driven working style
- Relevant academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Excellent command of both Swedish and English in all forms of communication.

Sales and Account Manager
