• Help define the vision for our Search and Cache products and create a roadmap in line with business goals. • Ensure that vision and product roadmaps are tightly aligned with company strategy. • Work very closely with our Cache and Search Product Owners and oversee the execution of our vision and roadmaps for these products. • Understand the architecture of our Search and Cache products and how it interacts with other products and parts of the business. • Co-lead R&D initiatives, including A/B testing, to enhance the product and work closely with our ML and Data Science teams. • Be responsible for key KPIs with a focus on search and cache efficiency. • Keep internal technical teams accountable for quality output and product delivery. • Work towards defining and tracking key KPIs to monitor the impact of delivered features. • Drive and lead change, promoting innovation across the organization. • Forge strong business relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to understand and anticipate client and user needs. • Anticipate organizational and architectural needs using product and market knowledge. • Complete regular market analysis, always having an eye on the competitive landscape. • Create a shared brain across larger teams to empower independent decision-making. • Collect and analyze information, solve complex problems rationally, and make decisions on time for enhanced productivity. • Interview, onboard, and manage direct reports. • Provide guidance and be an example to others in the organization.

• Lead site integration and commissioning of OT and SCADA systems, including on-site deployment, configuration, validation, and documentation of edge devices, networks, and data points across utility-scale solar and BESS projects. • Design, implement, and maintain secure OT network architectures, including industrial firewalls, segmentation, DMZ’s, and remote access in alignment with NERC CIP and internal IT security standards. • Own NERC CIP alignment and audit readings for OT and control system assets, coordinating with Asset Management, IT, Cybersecurity, and external compliance partners to implement controls, maintain evidence, and stay current with evolving standards. • Serve as the technical owner of OT data and vendor integrations, defining data scope, quality, frequency, and change management requirements while maintaining authoritative tag registers and documentation. • Provide asset management and commercial support, including PPA compliance, availability and curtailment validation, NERC GADS reporting support, settlements dispute resolution, and technical due diligence for asset acquisitions. • Act as the OT subject matter expert for operational incidents and cybersecurity events, leading or coordinating root cause analysis, remediation, and stakeholder escalation as needed. • Partner with Project Development and EPC teams during project design and contracting to review SCADA architectures, identify integration or data access risks, and ensure alignment with the company’s hardware-agnostic data ownership strategy before construction.

• Build and manage strategic relationships with transportation providers, aligning their business goals with SafeRide’s performance expectations and growth strategy • Drive provider performance through regular scorecard reviews, SLA monitoring, and continuous feedback loops • Partner with providers to expand geographic coverage while optimizing for quality, cost-effectiveness, and scalability • Collaborate with Complaints & Grievances (C&G) teams to implement corrective action plans and improve provider performance • Monitor vendor activity to ensure adherence to compliance standards, including prevention of fraud, waste, and abuse • Serve as the primary escalation point for ride-related issues, ensuring timely and successful resolution in partnership with internal teams • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Network Specialists, fostering accountability, performance, and professional growth • Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align network capabilities with business needs and operational strategy • Guide providers in adopting SafeRide’s technology and operational processes to improve efficiency and service delivery

• Management, guidance, support and coaching of Viking Travel Care’s transport team • Overseeing all medical transport and repatriation operations • Ensuring adherence to agreed processes, procedures, and quality standards • Ensuring compliance with aviation medical requirements, IATA guidelines, and internal medical protocols • Training and support for case handlers and operational teams • Coordinating with medical team, partners and stakeholders • Maintaining oversight of documentation, case quality, and operational accuracy • Planning for the right resources, recruit, on- and offboard staff • Participating and contributing to projects and processes aiming at development of Travel Care services
