• Develop and execute a clear territory plan aligned with regional priorities and growth targets. • Identify strategic verticals and key accounts within the Belgium and Luxembourg market. • Build long-term account plans focused on pipeline generation, account expansion, and customer retention. • Maintain strong visibility into project pipelines and market opportunities. • Engage directly with enterprise and public-sector end users to understand operational and security challenges. • Create demand by positioning Genetec solutions at early project stages. • Build relationships with decision-makers including security leaders, IT stakeholders, operations leaders, and procurement teams. • Influence project requirements and technical specifications in collaboration with pre-sales teams. • Support customers throughout evaluation, proof-of-concept, and purchasing processes. • Work alongside system integrators, consultants, and technology partners to deliver successful customer outcomes. • Maintain strong partner alignment while preserving end-user ownership of opportunities. • Enable partners through joint account planning, opportunity qualification, and coordinated execution. • Balance end-user engagement with channel-driven delivery models. • Manage full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through contract close. • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM. • Achieve revenue targets and contribute to regional growth objectives. • Provide market feedback and competitive insights to leadership and product teams.

Job Requirements

  • Proven success in enterprise or complex B2B solution sales.
  • Experience selling software platforms, enterprise technology, or physical security solutions.
  • Strong track record of direct end-user engagement and consultative selling.
  • Experience working within a channel-driven or partner-based sales model.
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales environments and long buying cycles.
  • Fluency in ideally Dutch, French and English.

As a consultant, you will maintain forward momentum while addressing risks and objections collaboratively. * Conveying Value: Build credibility through subject matter knowledge, account insight, and personalized solution positioning.
