• Edit and repurpose long-form content into social-ready posts. (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts) • Turn existing ideas, drafts, footage, and concepts into organized, strategic content calendars. • Shape content into clear themes and pillars so the feed feels intentional, not scattered. • Maintain and protect brand voice across all platforms. • Collaborate closely with the Community Manager to ensure consistency and alignment. • Suggest formats, hooks, and optimizations based on performance and trends.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience editing and managing social content for brands. (wedding, travel, or lifestyle is considered an asset.)
  • Strong editing skills, you know how to refine and elevate content.
  • Deep understanding of short-form video and platform-specific formats.
  • Ability to take direction, then work independently and make smart, creative decisions.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working asynchronously.
  • Strong instinct for brand voice, tone, and visual consistency.
  • Someone seasoned, confident, reliable, and able to move quickly.
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
