Role Description This is a remote position. Only LATAM-based candidates (bilingual in Spanish and English) are eligible. Location: Latin America (Remote) Schedule: Full-time – U.S. business hours (EST) Salary: $1,200 USD/month (depending on experience) We are seeking a licensed nurse to support a U.S.-based endocrinology practice through its Principal Care Management (PCM) program. PCM is a care coordination program designed for patients with a single chronic condition requiring ongoing management. In this role, you will work closely with the provider to ensure patients receive continuous support between visits, helping improve outcomes and adherence to treatment plans. This is a clinical, patient-facing role, requiring strong judgment, communication skills, and the ability to actively monitor and guide patients throughout their care journey.
