• Rivia Mind Psychotherapists provide clinical social work services and psychotherapy to patients through a primarily telehealth environment. • Participate in Rivia Mind supervision groups, trainings, and attend department and organization meetings, such as: • Weekly Group Supervision • Case and peer discussion, knowledge sharing, guidance, etc. • Frequent 1:1 Supervisor/Supervisee meetings • Weekly Education Meeting • Case presentations, guest speakers, training, etc. • Orientation/Onboarding Training Meetings and Reviews • Psychiatrist-Led Office Hours (optional) • Specialty Supervision Groups (if enrolled) • Quarterly Town Halls • Provide excellent quality clinical care on a consistent basis that exemplifies Rivia Mind’s culture, values, and guiding principles • Service and maintain a weekly average standard of patients across self-pay, insurance, and Medicare • Maintain a consistent weekly patient care schedule in alignment with Rivia Mind’s standard productivity expectations. • Follow Care Model practices that emphasize continuity of care, high-frequency follow-up appointments, and effective calendar management. • Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop curated patient-centered treatment plans • Provide appropriate Psychotherapy practices that leverage various modalities (CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, etc.) • Provide clinical support & counseling to diverse patient populations in a telehealth environment • Coach patients on how to manage ongoing health conditions and provide therapy to help patients make positive behavior changes • Counsel and provide crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems • Comply with clinical standards and adhere to timely and thorough session note documentation • Promote a friendly work culture that encourages a fun, collaborative, and co-learning environment that benefits individuals' well-being, self-improvement, and potential • Perform other related role and team function duties as assigned by department and group leaders

• Provide high quality, direct occupational therapy services to assigned students in accordance with the student’s mandated IEP and service goals • Conduct screenings and formal and informal evaluations of all students’ occupational therapy needs using documented best practices • Write evaluation reports, progress notes, and individualized education plans • Log all student interactions within the EMS platform including detailed therapy notes that follow Medicaid guidelines • Serve as an IEP team member by attending meetings and submitting paperwork as needed to maintain compliance with federal, state and school guidelines • Communicate regularly with parents/learning coaches of students with occupational therapy needs as well as school special education staff to ensure that their IEP goals are being met • Consult with teachers and coordinate the implementation of specially designed instruction as defined in the IEP regarding students with occupational therapy needs and potential learning issues • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the company’s Education Management System and special education software

• Provide high quality, direct occupational therapy services to assigned students in accordance with the student’s mandated IEP and service goals • Conduct screenings and formal and informal evaluations of all students’ occupational therapy needs using documented best practices • Be an expert on state specific policies and procedures for implementing Occupational Therapy services • Write evaluation reports, progress notes, and individualized education plans • Log all student interactions within the EMS platform including detailed therapy notes that follow Medicaid guidelines • Serve as an IEP team member by attending meetings and submitting paperwork as needed to maintain compliance with federal, state and school guidelines • Communicate regularly with parents/learning coaches of students with occupational therapy needs as well as school special education staff to ensure that their IEP goals are being met, and that their needs are addressed in a timely and appropriate fashion • Consult with teachers and coordinate the implementation of specially designed instruction as defined in the IEP regarding students with occupational therapy needs and potential learning issues • Assist, as needed, with the organization and proper implementation of all paperwork, documentation and procedures for the IEP process for select students • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the company’s Education Management System and special education software, including updating secondary IEP systems as directed • Maintain a positive working relationship between the OT team, and the schools and programs we serve • Review and analyze a variety of reports to maintain compliance • Obtain and maintain all required licenses and clearances as assigned • Complete additional duties as assigned

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 virtual pelvic health care via HIPAA-compliant video platform • Evaluate and diagnose movement dysfunction through posture, movement, and guided pelvic floor assessments • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans aligned with patient goals • Utilize therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education • Track and document progress, adjusting plans of care as needed • Support patient adherence through follow-ups and ongoing communication • Collaborate with providers and contribute to expanding access to care
