Role Description We are seeking a creative and skilled Motion Graphics/Video Animator to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for storytelling through motion graphics and animation and will be responsible for creating engaging and visually stunning video content for our expanding library of training courses. - Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and fully animated 3-5 minute videos from the ground up. - Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and develop concepts and storyboards. - Translate ideas into compelling, motion graphics-focused storytelling (no reliance on live-action clips or text-based videos). - Work with a range of media, including 2D/3D animation, graphic design, and video editing. - Ensure all animations and graphics adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines and budget constraints. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics and animation.
