Role Summary As a Virtual Licensed Therapist with Here Now Health, you will provide compassionate, trauma-informed mental health care to Medicaid-covered youth and families impacted by foster care and related systems. You will support clients navigating instability, system involvement, and complex trauma, often across multiple placements or life transitions. Our care model centers relational continuity, caregiver support, and evidence-informed clinical practice. You will join a collaborative, mission-driven team focused on transforming how care is delivered to system-impacted youth. • Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans • Provide outpatient therapy for a range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, trauma, SUD, and mood disorders • Collaborate closely with psychiatry, case management, peer support, crisis services, and other wraparound resources

• Provide remote monitoring services to help support patients as they progress through their home-exercise therapy program • Direct and assist users in therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training through our technology platform • Provide ongoing feedback to the evaluating clinician on patient progress outside of the clinic • Maintains necessary records and notes while providing remote monitoring • Assist with improving processes and functionality of the platform • Organize and manage a caseload while staying efficient
