Job Description

Philanthropic Associate Consultant

Bridge Philanthropic Consulting, LLC.

• Identify, evaluate, and organize prospective donors, including individuals, corporations, foundations, and government entities. • Analyze financial records, donor databases, and other data sources to produce detailed prospect briefings. • Develop and implement fundraising strategies aligned with client goals and financial targets. • Prepare compelling pitch decks, donor briefings, solicitation strategies, grant applications, and fundraising materials. • Manage outreach, follow-up, and engagement efforts to secure new and incremental funding. • Track and analyze donor engagement and fundraising performance, providing recommendations for improvement. • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors through effective communication and engagement strategies. • Schedule and conduct meetings with donors to cultivate partnerships and secure commitments. • Oversee the writing and presentation of proposals to new and existing funding partners. • Provide administrative support for fundraising initiatives, including scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and maintaining donor databases. • Work closely with fundraising consultants, project leads, and key team members on client accounts to ensure successful fundraising outcomes. • Prepare and submit detailed reports outlining fundraising activities, donor engagements, and progress toward financial targets.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in fundraising, donor research, nonprofit development, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, evaluate, and organize donor information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and donor engagement.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in donor databases, CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and research tools.
  • Experience in strategic planning, goal setting, and performance evaluation for fundraising initiatives.

Job Summary: *Must have active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of NY* The Care Manager—Registered Nurse is a key member of our Special Needs Plan (SNP) care team, responsible for coordinating care for members who often face multiple chronic medical and behavioral health conditions, as well as various social determinants of health (SDoH) needs. This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate members’ needs and addressing SDoH challenges by connecting them with appropriate resources and support services. The Social Worker provides education and guidance to members and their families on managing chronic conditions and navigating the healthcare system. Additionally, the Care Manager develops and implements individualized care plans, monitors member progress, advocates for necessary services, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal health outcomes. Accurate and timely documentation of assessments and interventions is essential, as is participation in team meetings to discuss member status and care strategies.
