Role Description We are looking for exceptionally smart people with strong development skills and an avid interest in web/mobile development. You should be able to learn quickly and work independently - we'll help you as best as we can, but you must be tenacious and resourceful enough to figure out things you don't know how to do. Internship Period: Jun - Dec 2026 This internship is structured as a full-time and immersive experience, providing interns with the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to real-world projects and learn alongside experienced professionals. Qualifications - Students will be required to commit full time 40 hours per week for at least 6 months. - Solid programming ability in at least one language (e.g. C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript). - Clear and precise written communication. - You must be happy to work independently (remote welcome) and be able to structure timelines, take ownership and responsibility and communicate clearly. - Any experience in one or more of the following is a definite plus: - Worked on non-trivial JavaScript applications. - Frontend development using Vue.js, React, or Svelte. - Backend development using .NET (C#), Java, or Golang. - Mobile app development using Flutter. - Writing unit tests or automation scripts to improve test coverage. - Using version control systems such as Git and familiarity with Agile development practices. - Candidates with outstanding performance may be offered a full-time position upon graduation. Requirements - Build features and fix bugs in applications being developed. - Work on tasks ranging from easy to medium difficulty, such as writing unit tests, improving automation, or developing helper features. - Take part in daily standups and present demos of work done. - Assist the senior engineers in building proof-of-concepts to validate assumptions during system architecture. - Assist senior engineers in writing performance test scripts and investigating and debugging performance bottlenecks. - Learn to work with complex, large-scale systems. - Work under the guidance of an assigned supervisor throughout the internship period. Learning Outcomes - Participate in daily stand-up meetings as part of the development team and understand agile development methodology. - Learn to write efficient, clean and maintainable code. - Gain hands-on experience in .NET, Java, Golang, Vue.js, React, Svelte, or Flutter , depending on the assigned project. - Understand how to apply academic knowledge to solve real-world problems in production environments. - Learn about the end-to-end process of deploying and maintaining real-world applications. - Understand what it takes to move from writing code to a system that’s deployed with real-world users. - Gain experience in applying existing academic knowledge in solving real-world problems. - Experience working in an action-driven, collaborative, and non-toxic environment that values teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement. - If you've built something in the past, do let us know. Github and/or StackOverflow profiles are welcome. You'll get to work in a fast-paced environment, with a great team of full-stack engineers who have a lot of experience in building large software applications from scratch. To maximize learning, interns will need to be able to and willing to commit full-time throughout the internship period. This commitment includes not having concurrent class schedules or other major conflicting commitments during the internship period, to ensure their active participation and engagement in our internship program.
