Role Description We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to develop and implement sourcing and employer branding techniques that will help us recruit talented employees. - Forecasting hiring needs - Sourcing potential hires on various online channels - Building relationships with passive candidates and hiring managers - Evaluating candidates’ performance in interviews and assignments - Ensuring we attract, hire and retain high-performing employees Responsibilities - Determine current staffing needs - Source candidates on social networks and niche platforms (e.g. Github, Behance) - Advertise jobs internally and externally - Review job applications to identify high-potential candidates - Organize assessment centres and career events - Prepare quarterly and annual hiring plans - Liaise with hiring managers to understand each position’s expectations - Track key recruiting KPIs, including time to fill and source of hire - Craft job offer letters - Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates Qualifications - Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Recruiter or similar role - Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and evaluation - Familiarity with job boards, resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems - Experience interviewing candidates and organizing skills assessment centres - Knowledge of labour legislation - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Strong decision-making skills - BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology Requirements - Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, or procedural manuals - Requires working from detailed instructions and occasional independent decision-making Benefits - Opportunity to be your own boss by choosing tasks that best suit your schedule - Ability to book tasks within a 15-mile radius - Enhanced technology for scheduling, invoicing, and credit card processing - Health and well-being of clients and providers as a priority

We're a multi-program nonprofit serving Rhode Island's East Bay as a Federally Qualified Health Center, Community Mental Health Center, Community Action Program, and Head Start provider 10 locations, 460+ employees. Our People Operations team holds the standard: for hiring, for culture, and for how people are treated at work. The Role You'll own full-cycle recruitment across a varied portfolio: licensed behavioral health clinicians, primary care providers, Head Start teachers and education staff, youth services workers, and community program staff. Roughly 80120 hires annually, with seasonal rhythms and compliance requirements. Our People Operations team is actively rebuilding infrastructure new ATS (Pinpoint), new compensation bands, new workforce analytics function. You won't just execute someone else's playbook. You'll help write it.
