• Collaborate closely with designers, product owners, and other developers to define, build, and deliver new features • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code in line with best practices • Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and usability of mobile and desktop apps • Integrate APIs, SDKs, and third-party libraries as required • Leverage Azure cloud services to build resilient, cloud-connected applications • Work with SQL and/or NoSQL databases to design efficient data models and storage strategies • Utilize Docker for containerization and streamlined development/deployment workflows • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process • Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks • Contribute to test automation and CI/CD pipelines where applicable

• Take a lead role in the ongoing development of our on-premises application • Develop and implement your own features in PHP and/or React • Closely collaborate with our development team on the design and implementation of frontend and backend functionality • Perform code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers and working students

• Collaborate with global teams to shape the technical direction of agent-based customer solutions • Deliver high-quality outcomes and measurable business impact through architecture and design • Engage with partners and customers to drive the adoption of Salesforce technologies • Build and present technical demos and value propositions to stakeholders

• Support (and lead where possible) all necessary ATO processes required for Copilot use at the FDIC. • Lead Copilot readiness assessment activities at the FDIC. • Design and implement centralized Copilot administration at the FDIC across all available tools (Microsoft 365 Admin, Copilot Control System, Purview, Power Platform Admin System, PowerShell scripts). • Design and implement Copilot activity monitoring, governance, and compliance at the FDIC across all available tools (Microsoft 365 Admin, Copilot Control System, Purview, Power Platform Admin System, PowerShell scripts). • Design and implement Copilot grounded knowledge configuration and use at the FDIC across all available tools (Microsoft 365 Admin, Copilot Control System, Purview, Power Platform Admin System, PowerShell scripts). • Design and implement Copilot Studio use guidelines and governance and how it integrates with Microsoft Power Platform app development. • Design and implement Azure AI Foundry use guidelines and governance; coordinating with Azure app development stakeholders. • Provide technical lead support for governance planning, implementation, and enforcement of Copilot use at the FDIC. • Provide technical lead support for all necessary ATO activity for Copilot use at the FDIC. • Design and conduct pilots of Copilot capabilities within the FDIC as needed. • Design and lead execution of rollout plans for Copilot capabilities as they become ready for rollout at the FDIC. • Provide technical lead support for integration of Copilot with Microsoft Power Platform app development and use. • Provide technical lead support for end user adoption, training, and solution design.
