We are looking for a Contracts Administrator that will be responsible for managing and tracking construction contracts, including subcontractor and design consultant agreements, project costs, documentation, and variations to ensure the successful delivery of projects in accordance with contractual obligations. The role supports project managers and ensures the administrative and contractual side of the project runs efficiently. What You'll Do: - Prepare, review, and manage subcontract agreements and purchase orders. - Ensure all contracts comply with project requirements and Australian construction standards. - Maintain contract registers and monitor contractual obligations. - Prepare scope of works and tender packages for subcontractors. - Issue requests for tenders (RFTs) and evaluate subcontractor submissions. - Assist with subcontractor selection and procurement recommendations. - Prepare subcontract agreements and documentation for execution. - Review subcontractor claims and progress payment applications. - Maintain organised project records and contract documentation. - Ensure documentation aligns with NSW construction and regulatory requirements. - Assist with compliance documentation for residential Class 2 buildings. - Liaise with project managers, consultants, engineers, and subcontractors. - Support coordination between the development team and construction team. - Assist with meeting preparation and follow-up documentation. Procore Project Management Software Responsibilities: - Assist with project setup and project directory management. - Maintain project team contact lists and subcontractor information. - Create and manage subcontracts and purchase orders within Procore. - Track project commitments and contract values. - Process and record subcontractor payment applications and approvals. - Manage variation requests and change orders. - Upload and manage drawings, specifications, and project documents. - Maintain document registers and ensure accurate record keeping. - Track document revisions and distribution. - Manage RFIs (Requests for Information) between consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. - Track and manage submittals and shop drawings. Qualifications - 3+ years experience in construction contract administration or quantity surveying. - Experience working on multi-residential or apartment developments preferred. - Familiarity with Australian construction contracts such as AS4000, AS2124, or AS4902 advantageous. - Experience with Procore or similar construction project management software. Requirements - Strong Microsoft Excel and document management skills. - Experience with construction project management platforms such as Procore, Aconex, or similar systems. - Ability to track budgets, variations, subcontractor claims, and project documentation. Key Attributes - Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. - Ability to work remotely while coordinating with Australian project teams. - Ability to manage large volumes of project documentation and contractual information.
