Role Description This role is for a senior figure on the Engineering team. They will report to the Director of Software Engineering but be expected to operate without day-to-day direction. Role Description As a Senior Modeling and Simulation Engineer at IBR, you will serve as the technical lead for sustaining and transitioning a complex legacy Modeling and Simulation and training baseline within a broader operational portfolio. You will be responsible for balancing short-term reliability of mission critical legacy training capabilities with long term modernization and integration objectives.
