Gusto

• Lead the strategy and application of machine learning and advanced analytics across payments and treasury • Own end-to-end delivery and cross-functional execution • Set technical standards and scalable frameworks for analytical and modeling capabilities • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related quantitative field
  • 4+ years leading and scaling data science teams
  • Deep experience driving insights and decisions across payments, treasury, and risk domains
  • Strong grounding in statistics and applied modeling
  • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous problems into data strategy
  • Proven experience partnering with VP-level and senior leaders across various teams
