Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related quantitative field
- 4+ years leading and scaling data science teams
- Deep experience driving insights and decisions across payments, treasury, and risk domains
- Strong grounding in statistics and applied modeling
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous problems into data strategy
- Proven experience partnering with VP-level and senior leaders across various teams
