Role Description The construction industry is facing a severe labor shortage. The industry is at an inflection point where they must reimagine talent and modernize their people strategy. Bridgit is the category leader for workforce planning and working with the largest and most sophisticated US general contractors. Although we have continued to gain traction since launching in 2019, there is significant opportunity ahead as we continue to innovate and broaden our offering. At Bridgit, we're not just building AI into our product; we're embedding it into how we operate. We're looking for an AI Technical Product Manager to own that internal transformation. This is a builder role at the intersection of technology and the business. You'll work directly with our GTM teams - Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps - to understand how they work, identify where AI can eliminate friction, and then go build it. This role reports to the Director of Product Management, but operates across the entire org - you'll be as comfortable in a Sales team standup as reviewing an API integration with Development. We're not looking for one specific background: whether you're a developer curious about the business side or a product person ready to build real technical chops, if you learn a new AI capability on Monday and have a working prototype by Wednesday, this role was written for you. What you will do - Embed with GTM teams to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and repetitive tasks - then translate those into AI-powered solutions. - Design, build, and iterate on internal Claude skills, plugins, and automations that eliminate manual work across Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps and Product. - Identify and prioritize what to build next - work with GTM teams to surface the highest-impact automation opportunities, sequence them, and drive them to completion. - Partner with Engineering on integrations - you're comfortable writing scripts, hitting APIs, and getting your hands dirty when a skill or plugin isn't enough; for more complex integrations into existing tools, you'll work closely with Engineering to scope and ship it. - Keep the AI workspace healthy - maintain documentation, prompts, and configurations so that what's been built is discoverable and usable by the whole org, not just the person who built it. - Act as the internal AI expert and enablement lead: run demos, write guides, and coach teams on how to get the most out of AI tools. - Stay current on the rapidly evolving AI tooling landscape and bring the best of it back to Bridgit. Qualifications - Hands-on experience building with LLMs - you've shipped real things using Claude, OpenAI, or other major LLMs, not just experimented in a notebook. - Strong familiarity with the Claude ecosystem specifically: prompt engineering, the API, Claude Projects, and ideally building custom skills or MCP-based integrations. - Enough technical depth to build independently: you're comfortable with APIs, basic scripting (Python or JS), and workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar). - Experience working with or inside GTM teams - you understand how Sales and CS actually operate, not just in theory. - A product mindset: you think in terms of user problems and outcomes, not just features and demos. - Strong communicator - you can translate between "here's what the AI can do" and "here's what that means for your workflow" without losing either audience. Who you are - Fluent in AI, not just familiar with it - you use these tools daily, you know their limits as well as their strengths, and you have opinions about what actually works. - A builder first - you'd rather ship a working prototype than write a requirements doc about one. - Comfortable with ambiguity - this role is new, the tooling is evolving fast, and the best path forward won't always be obvious; you're energized by that, not paralyzed. - Collaborative and low-ego - you measure your own success by the impact you have on others, not by the complexity of what you built. - Outcome-oriented - you care about whether the thing you built actually changed how people work, not just whether it got shipped. Bridgit core values - Build Together, Win Together: Committed to pursuing the best outcomes and advancing toward shared goals. - Take Action, Drive Impact: Ensure efforts contribute directly to goals. - No Grit, No Pearl: Embrace the gritty aspects of the journey to success. Compensation At Bridgit, we believe our people are our most valuable asset and we are committed to fair and competitive compensation. The salary range for this role is $120,000 – $150,000 CAD annually. Individual compensation within the range is determined based on skills, experience, and role scope. Total compensation includes base salary, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits. Bridgit values diversity and believes that our strength comes from including the perspectives of all kinds of contributors. We encourage people from underrepresented communities to apply, including racial minorities, 2SLGBTQIA+, and those with disabilities. Accommodations are available during all stages of the recruitment process, please advise us of any needs as required.
