• Assist Email Operations Administrators with the daily support and administration of Exchange Online M365 GCC-High cloud environment • Review system logs and dashboards proactively to help identify/troubleshoot issues • Familiarize yourself with Splunk and assist team with improving/optimizing team dashboards • Assist with operational patching procedures • Identify and recommend areas of improvement regarding Email Operations support and best practices • Review Email Operations documentation and assist with updates, as needed • Assist with development of PowerShell scripts that improve efficiency through automation • Generate Summaries/Reports and assist with Email and Teams related trouble ticket resolution • Assist team members with various projects and tasks on an as-needed basis

Job Requirements

  • Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
  • US citizenship required
  • Coursework or technical certification related to Information Technology
  • Strong interest in or exposure to Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange and/or Microsoft Teams
  • Strong soft skills in organization, communications and teamwork
  • Interest in supporting IT Service Delivery in a large-scale Enterprise environment
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with US Government IT Security principles such as NIST, CUI CDI, ITAR, FedRamp, GCC-High
  • Some understanding/knowledge of PowerShell scripting
  • Hands-on knowledge and experience with Outlook/Teams client functionality and usage

Job Description What Will Your Job Look Like? The Strategic Rideshare Specialist will focus on supporting the company’s Independent Driver Providers (IDPs) starting from sourcing, through the onboarding, training processes, corrective action, and offboarding for their respective market. The Strategic Rideshare Specialist will provide thorough communication with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. The Strategic Rideshare Specialist will have the responsibility for delivering a high level of service to our clients every day, ensuring high operational standards and IDP satisfaction within an assigned geographic area. This will be a Work From Home position. You must reside in the state of Florida.
