Azure DevOps Administrator – Temporal
EX Squared LATAM
• Diseñar y configurar procesos personalizados en Azure Boards. • Definir tipos de work items (Epics, Features, User Stories, Bugs, Tasks). • Configurar estados, transiciones y reglas automáticas obligatorias. • Alinear los flujos de trabajo con la metodología ágil corporativa (Scrum, Kanban o híbrida). • Implementar modelo de gobernanza y control de accesos por rol. • Configurar políticas de repositorio (branch policies, pull request policies). • Estandarizar estructuras de proyectos y repositorios. • Diseñar y configurar pipelines CI/CD en Azure Pipelines. • Implementar validaciones automáticas y templates reutilizables en YAML. • Automatizar despliegues por entorno. • Crear dashboards ejecutivos y operativos con métricas clave: Velocidad del equipo, Lead Time / Cycle Time, Burndown / Burnup, Calidad (bugs, retrabajo), Cumplimiento de compromisos. • Diseñar consultas personalizadas y reportes automatizados. • Documentar el modelo implementado y capacitar a los equipos. • Detectar desviaciones del proceso y proponer mejoras basadas en métricas. • Asegurar la escalabilidad del modelo implementado.
Job Requirements
- 3+ años de experiencia trabajando con Microsoft Azure DevOps
- Experiencia en: Azure Boards
- Azure Repos
- Azure Pipelines
- Azure Test Plans
- Creación y configuración de procesos personalizados (XML / Inherited Process).
- Diseño e implementación de pipelines en YAML.
- Gestión de permisos y seguridad.
- Conocimiento sólido en Git y estrategias de branching.
- Experiencia implementando DevOps a nivel organizacional.
- Experiencia transformando metodologías ágiles en flujos operativos dentro de herramientas.
- Diseño y análisis de métricas ágiles y reporting.
- Experiencia liderando implementaciones transversales entre múltiples equipos.
