Video Creative Lead

• Координувати команду відео-монтажерів (3-5 людей); • Розробляти концепти висококонверсійних відео-креативів та писати ТЗ/сценарії для відеомонтажерів; • Збирати дані щодо результативності креативів від команди маркетингу та аналізувати їх ефективність; • Формувати ефективну взаємодію й обмін зворотним зв’язком між креативною та маркетинговою командами; • Писати контент, що «продає», для маркетингових воронок: посадкових сторінок та рекламних оголошень (другорядна задача).

Job Requirements

  • 2+ роки досвіду досвід у створенні сценаріїв для рекламних відео-креативів;
  • Досвід роботи в сфері Performance Marketing: глибоке розуміння особливостей відео-креативів в цій сфері і як створити креатив з високою конверсією;
  • Досвід просування продуктів на ринок США: знання специфіки американського ринку для ефективної роботи з ним;
  • Значні аналітичні здібності: вміння доводити свою точку зору і приймати рішення спираючись на дані і показники;
  • Видатні результати на попередніх місцях роботи: підкріплені конкретними показниками та досягненнями;
  • Системність: вміння мислити структурно, та здатність бачити загальну картину й водночас керувати деталями;
  • Вільне володіння українською мовою;
  • Англійська мова на рівні С1: вільне володіння англійською мовою для створення контенту для міжнародних ринків.
