• Supports admissions department with projects/tasks as needed. • Facilitates and ensures timely customer service for current and potential students. • Connects with prospective and/or enrolled students to assist with scheduling appointments, scheduling/conducting campus tours, entering leads, documenting collection, and scheduling information sessions and reminders, as needed. • Assists in the resolution of student and prospective student inquiries, questions and/or problems; refers to appropriate person as needed. • Maintains record keeping and digital filing systems. • Deals discreetly with large amounts of sensitive, confidential information concerning students, staff and campus affairs. • Tracks current and/or prospective student data/information, develops, prepares and submits reports and student files as needed. • May assist with virtual, on-campus, and off-campus admissions events, and/or other special projects as assigned.

• Conduct surveillance on Liability and Work Comp Insurance claims. • Prolonged periods of sitting in a vehicle or other stationary positions during surveillance – up to 12 hours per day. • Ability to travel to different locations for investigations, which may involve driving, walking, or using public transportation. • Maintain visual focus during surveillance activities, often for extended periods. • Ability to navigate various environments, including urban, rural, and indoor settings. • Ability to review and dissect comprehensive reports, as well as Police reports. • Ability to write a detailed surveillance report to Company Standards. • Ability to review video in order to properly prepare reports. • Ability to covertly document a Subject without being detected. • Ability to search, locate and utilize Social Media throughout the investigative process. • Ability to react quickly and use good judgement to scenarios that may arise during surveillance.

• Perform original and copy cataloging of monographs and serials in OCLC Connexion, following RDA, AACR2, MARC21, and local cataloging standards. • Edit and enhance existing bibliographic records to meet RDA, MARC21, and updated local cataloging practices. • Assign controlled subject headings using Library of Congress Subject Headings (LCSH). • Assign controlled headings for series titles and corporate authors. • Conduct research to determine the need for new name authorities and propose updates or additions to senior catalogers. • Create, update, and modify holding and item records as instructed. • Manage and adjust serial publication patterns and frequency as needed. • Maintain detailed metrics and provide regular activity reports.

• Provide clinical subject matter expertise in Pediatric Concussions to guide all stages of patient education content creation and/or review including: research/outlining, scripting, editing stages of video and written asset production and/or review • Ensure accuracy of content according to accepted standards and/or guidelines • Provide evidence based, peer reviewed sources used in creating/updating content • Work with Mytonomy clinical team to assess and identify key topics to be included in new module(s) • Review written content associated with module • Become a part of Mytonomy’s National Clinical Advisor Network for prn projects
