Overview Part of the Product & Merchandising team, you are the driving force behind bringing our products to market. You will be an expert in understanding customer needs and delivering the right products to the right people. Keeping a close eye on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's go-to-market strategy and ensuring that our products remain customer-centric. Responsibilities The team assistant role supports the sales initiatives by managing sample order entry, maintaining sample inventory and sample replenishment, organizing leads report. These functions are essential to ensure timely follow-up, supporting the sales cycle and directly contributing to increased sales and operational efficiency. Qualifications - Samples order entry – requests from distributors and Material Bank out of stock - Samples inventory management – sample ordering for Mansfield, Ohio - Leads report sorting – compiling leads into a master file, leads assignment by distributor - Assist with other projects as needed Hiring Range The Hiring Salary Range for this position is $25/hr. This is currently a part- time position, remote, 2 hours per day during core hours, with up to 10 hours per week, there may be more hours available over time. Equipment is provided. Reporting to the SVP of Global Sales, this role develops and executes channel strategy, manages distributor performance, and cultivates strong relationships with regional and global distribution partners supporting life sciences, diagnostics, OEM, and therapeutic markets. The position serves as the primary liaison between internal teams and external distribution partners to ensure alignment, forecasting accuracy, and sustained commercial performance. A successful candidate will combine commercial strategy, channel enablement, technical expertise, and market intelligence to accelerate indirect sales growth, optimize distributor effectiveness, and expand product adoption across assigned markets.
