• Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and product teams (both in person and remotely) to define, design, create, and maintain core administrator documentation. • Collaborate effectively with a globally distributed team and stakeholders across various time zones. • Deliver clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation, catering specifically to the needs of identity and access management (IAM) administrators configuring, managing and using the product. • Investigate, research, and learn Ping Identity products, along with the standards they depend on, to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation. • Translate complex technical concepts related to authorization into clear and concise documentation for an administrator audience. • Work with AsciiDoc in a Docs-as-Code authoring and publishing environment using IntelliJ IDE and Git (GitHub). • Follow the software development lifecycle closely to anticipate and ascertain documentation needs.

Job Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of technical writing experience.
  • Proven experience documenting complex software, with a strong preference for IAM applications or security products.
  • Experience managing multiple tickets simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Ability to quickly learn evolving features and complex software by navigating early-stage development environments.
  • Prior experience or exposure to software development.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar project management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the needs and workflows of technical administrators.
