Lead Technical Consultant
Juniper Square
• Serve as a technical expert and maintain a deep understanding of Enterprise customer behaviors, product functionality, and industry best practices for large, complex organizations • Strategize and consult with customers that have many projects running concurrently to understand their plans, strategic goals, and desired business outcomes; proactively identify potential constraints, develop and build buy-in for alternative approaches, and affect change through a successful implementation • Design an appropriate adoption plan and execute in a timely fashion • Structure and lead specific training for customers involving many users with varying skill sets and responsibilities • Break down complex technical concepts for a wide audience of different stakeholders with a varying degree of technical expertise • Partner with team members across Project Management, Customer Success, Service, Product and Support to troubleshoot complex issues and drive successful outcomes for our largest customers • Become a leader internally for the Technical Consulting team; discover new efficient practices, share knowledge, and collaborate with team members • Collaborate cross-functionally with product development teams to guide Juniper Square’s product roadmap that reflects the voice of our customers • Work across the organization to create, document and maintain consistent messaging around product and procedural best practices • Be a thought leader in how we expand our consulting footprint to better serve our customers and their unique needs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience required with 3 years of enterprise client experience
- Significant project management experience with large, strategic enterprise customers in the investment management industry
- Experience consulting senior-level partners, understanding customer business goals, defining and tracking metrics and identifying problems and resolving them before they escalate
- Effective analysis, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to communicate with others in a concise, persuasive and professional manner
- Led client-facing meetings and presentations with multiple attendees of various levels, including executives
- Must be creative and work well as a member of a team to drive decision making
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to generate efficiencies
- Performs under minimal supervision and can work independently
- Technical experience working with API implementations preferred
- Openness to travel to meet with customers or team members as needed

Description ALL4 is seeking an experienced Air Quality Managing Consultant with experience in air quality, other environmental media, and the building materials industry to support projects nationwide. An ALL4 Managing Consultant is an air quality technical expert who shares our vision and passion for helping our clients be successful. They are self-motivated, coachable, growth-oriented individuals who can build client relationships, successfully manage complex projects and teams, and identify business opportunities with existing and new clients. The ALL4 Managing Consultant works closely with clients in a strategic partnership supported by a foundation of authentic communication, personal ownership, and accountability. This individual will join a team of environmental professionals that are well-versed in complex permitting, compliance, and modeling projects, and who are committed to furthering our vision as a globally recognized consulting company shaping environmental responsibility and creating distinction for employees, clients, and partners. The work location for this opportunity is flexible and fully remote can be an option.
