Description ALL4 is seeking an experienced Air Quality Managing Consultant with experience in air quality, other environmental media, and the building materials industry to support projects nationwide. An ALL4 Managing Consultant is an air quality technical expert who shares our vision and passion for helping our clients be successful. They are self-motivated, coachable, growth-oriented individuals who can build client relationships, successfully manage complex projects and teams, and identify business opportunities with existing and new clients. The ALL4 Managing Consultant works closely with clients in a strategic partnership supported by a foundation of authentic communication, personal ownership, and accountability. This individual will join a team of environmental professionals that are well-versed in complex permitting, compliance, and modeling projects, and who are committed to furthering our vision as a globally recognized consulting company shaping environmental responsibility and creating distinction for employees, clients, and partners. The work location for this opportunity is flexible and fully remote can be an option. Requirements - Plan, manage, and execute all relevant project tasks, including developing project proposals and plans to determine time frame, budget, allotment of resources, and procedures for executing and completing multiple projects across industries, while serving as clients’ primary point of contact. - Prepare and execute high-level technical and consulting work and direct others on how to do the same. - Monitor and control project activities to achieve project milestones and financial performance objectives. - Effectively and proactively communicate project information to the team. - Cultivate and lead projects already under contract and expand business with existing clients. - Manage annual client revenues as collaboratively determined by the leadership team. - Prioritize client engagement through routine and repeating outreach, in-person connection, and intentional sharing of ALL4 services and capabilities. - Meet ALL4 profitability targets and personal utilization goals. - Review client invoices consistent with established schedule and ensure project opening and closing documentation is completed consistent with established schedule. - Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory organizations and provide interpretation, review, and strategic analysis of federal, state, and local environmental regulations to clients. - Implement and monitor project procedures to ensure the quality of project deliverables and attainment of contractual agreements. - Ensure compliance of projects with ALL4 quality assurance guidelines. - Manage health and safety component of project fieldwork (e.g., development of onsite health and safety plan). - Conduct regular meetings with the project team on status of work. - Exhibit ALL4’s core values in all transactions (internally and externally) and mentor junior technical staff. - Potentially coordinate staff. - Demonstrate a high level of professionalism regarding confidential and sensitive issues. - Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications - Engineering or applicable environmental/science degree and collective experiences equivalent to a minimum of 5 years of Environmental consulting experience. - Working knowledge of technical subjects impacting Construction permitting (e.g., NSR, minor NSR, Title V, TRI, Tier II, SPCC, NPDES, and SWPPP) - Established relationships with regulatory agencies and/or industrial sector professionals. - Commitment to excellence and ALL4’s core values; openness to change, personal growth, and coaching. - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow proactively; demonstrated project management ability. - Ability to develop, lead, and enroll strong teams with a wide range of personality types and technical abilities. - Effective problem resolution combined with the ability to delegate effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong document production skills (proficiency in Word and Excel) and technical writing ability. - Acute attention to detail. Description An ALL4 Senior Technical Consultant serves as technical expert for one or more of ALL4’s key Technical Service Areas and has established recognition within their technical, peer, and regulatory communities. We are seeking acoustics, noise, and vibration subject matter experts to serve ALL4’s industrial client base. The Senior Technical Consultant has established technical expertise across ALL4 service areas(s) and can solve the complex technical problems that arise without other senior level assistance. This individual actively seeks opportunities to increase ALL4’s visibility through technical presentations and other venues and are responsible for driving existing and new business revenues generated within those venues. The Senior Technical Consultant has extensive relationships with clients and partners that allow them to drive work that can be delegated to two or more project team members at a given time. It is preferable to have this individual work at an ALL4 office; however, working remotely can be discussed as an option contingent upon experience. Requirements - Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Demonstrate subject matter expertise in key regulatory or technical service areas (e.g., acoustics, noise, and vibration modeling) and general Environmental regulatory and compliance knowledge. - Expert level knowledge of multiple key Technical Areas. For most Senior Technical Consultants, these multiple key Technical Areas should combine to form expert level knowledge across an entire ALL4 service area. Senior Technical Consultants can hold technical expertise across an industry as well, provided that the industry is far-reaching and is a strategic market for ALL4. - Transfer knowledge and facilitate training to increase overall ALL4 technical depth and understanding. - Ability to prepare and execute high-level technical work individually, with the capacity to direct others on how to do the same. - Maintain in-depth knowledge that allows for a nuanced understanding of a Technical Area beyond what would be apparent to an entry or mid-level employee. - Build effective teams and enroll members, as necessary. Can communicate all facets of day-to-day work within the Technical Area to both internal teams and clients. - Educate the company on the obligations and considerations of existing clients and prospects within a Technical Area. - Responsible for defining and suggesting actions that ALL4 can take to expand revenue within a Technical Area. - Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory organizations, industry technical experts/peers, and provide technical interpretation, review, and strategic analysis of Federal, state, and local environmental regulations for clients. - Participate in business development opportunities related to area of expertise and has significant sales goals. - Ability to utilize critical thinking skills and decision making for complicated issues with high visibility and ALL4/client liability. - Prepare and present conference papers or presentations and be responsible for business related activity resulting from those presentations. - Consistently and reliably meet or exceed utilization goals and profit targets. - Develop technical approach and cost assumptions for complex proposals and scope of work documents to attain project work and to meet schedules and contract requirements. - Utilize ALL4 project management support systems to ensure project profitability and to satisfy client deliverable and scope of work requirements. - Assume technical responsibility and maintain routine and timely communication with all internal and external project participants. - Manage annual client revenue targets determined by the leadership team. - Plan, organize, and execute projects within technical discipline, while serving as clients’ primary point of contact. - Ensure project compliance with ALL4 Quality Assurance guidelines. - Demonstrate a high-level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues. - May be required to coordinate staff.
