Become a part of our caring community The Senior Full Stack Engineer Performs software engineering activities in all layers of the stack, from setting up the database to programming in the back-end and the appearance at the front-end. The Senior Full Stack Engineer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Senior Full Stack Engineer Is involved in all stages of software development, including front-end development, back-end development, database integrations, network and hosting management, user interface, user experience, and back-end server management. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $106,900 - $147,000 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. • Collaborates with other members of the development team and stakeholders to make high-level architectural decisions, proposes design patterns, and ensures scalability, performance, and maintainability of digital solutions • Develop and maintain backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot • Build and integrate APIs (GraphQL and/or REST) for scalable service communication • Deploy and manage services on Azure or Google Cloud Platform • Work with Google Cloud Spanner (Postgres dialect) and pub/sub tools like Confluent Kafka (or similar) • Automate CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Argo CD • Participates in agile or other development methodologies, attends meetings, contributes to project planning, and helps drive the progress and success of projects • Support and Troubleshoot production incidents with a sense of urgency by understanding customer impact

• Develop, maintain and deploy high-performance algorithms based on Payload Image Data, which include Object Recognition, Tracking and Uncertainty Quantification • Produce high-quality code that conforms to the design and functional requirements, including validation plans to ensure that code is fully unit-tested before integration • Select and integrate the most suitable technologies and frameworks to implement near real-time algorithms optimised for speed, reliability, and execution within constrained compute and resource budgets • Perform thorough and thoughtful code reviews for other teammates

• Actively participate in container and virtualization-related projects and communities like Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, and KubeVirt • Develop and implement new features; contribute to open source projects in Golang, Python. • Collaborate with team leads, architects, and other engineers on the design and architecture of our offerings • Become responsible for the quality of our offerings, participate in peer code reviews and continuous integration (CI), and respond to security threats • Work with Red Hat's Global Customer Support team and partner support teams on resolving customer issues • Work with the Quality Engineering (QE) team to ensure that projects are tested correctly • Proactively utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) for code generation, auto-completion, and intelligent suggestions to accelerate development cycles and enhance code quality.
