• Project setup & maintenance: You ensure our projects are set up flawlessly in the system, manage project data, and make deadlines your best friend. • Task prioritization: Whether large or small, you allocate tasks according to urgency and keep our internal and external partners in the right flow. • Distribution of documents: No document is lost on your watch. You ensure quotes and project materials arrive in our clients’ inboxes on time. • Invoicing: You produce invoices quickly and track outstanding items like a bloodhound. • Communication: Whether customer inquiries or coordination with team leads, you keep communication channels under control and never lose the thread. • Administrative support: You assist our teams with all organizational needs, maintain client records, and keep project files up to date.
Job Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
- Experience in project organization or commercial administration
- Proficient with MS Office
- Structured and self-driven working style
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Resilient and service-oriented
- Experience in agencies and/or packaging is a plus
