• Application support, customizing and support for our customers in the modules CS, PS and PM, including gathering customer requirements • Independently execute projects (possibly as sub-project lead) and provide support in migration management (e.g., material master data) • Contribute to the conceptual development of a template-based platform in S/4HANA • Conduct trainings • Testing and participation in release management • Support for role maintenance and authorizations • Implementation and maintenance of add-ons and interfaces in the logistics environment

• Design, develop, and implement SAP CPQ solutions aligned with business requirements • Work on end-to-end CPQ implementations and provide production support • Configure and customize SAP CPQ including product configuration, pricing and discounting models, approval workflows, guided selling processes • Develop and maintain responsive CPQ templates and UI customizations • Integrate SAP CPQ with Salesforce CRM, SAP & non-SAP ERP systems, external applications via APIs • Lead and support migration from Quote 1.0 to Quote 2.0 • Implement complex pricing models: subscription-based, tiered, usage-based pricing • Participate in multi-region/global CPQ rollouts and localization strategies • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand Lead-to-Order business processes • Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of CPQ solutions • Work with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

• Work on an SAP S/4HANA MM rollout project for Mexico and Paraguay • Perform fit-gap analysis between the global template and local requirements • Configure and support MM module processes, including Procurement and Materials Management, and Inventory Management • Ensure correct execution and control of stock movements • Support process localization and alignment with local tax and regulatory requirements • Participate in configuration (customizing) activities and create functional documentation • Work on integration with other SAP modules (SD, FI, WM/EWM) • Support functional testing (SIT and UAT) and process validation

• Perform analysis, configuration and support of the billing (BIL) module in SAP Utilities • Ensure correct processing of billing and reading cycles • Elicit and document requirements with business areas • Identify and propose improvements to billing processes • Support functional testing (unit and integration) • Analyze and resolve incidents and problems • Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP) and other stakeholders • Document processes and solutions
