Telephone Operator – Appointment Setting (Sales)

Job Requirements
- Excellent German, spoken and written (native-level)
- Ideally enrolled in university (not mandatory but preferred, as approximately 50% of calls take place in the mornings)
- Some prior experience in sales (you should have had some exposure)
- Ability to work independently and with a results-oriented mindset
- Positive and persuasive demeanor
- Willingness to learn, energy, and full commitment (you must be 100% motivated)
- Own laptop/PC with headset and internet connection — position is 100% remote (home office)
