Job Requirements

• Architect and Train Distilled Models: Design and implement teacher-student model frameworks for multimodal sensor data. Develop training pipelines for knowledge distillation. Qualifications - A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Onboard Trainer, L&D Coordinator, or similar position. - Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation abilities, with experience delivering training in a multicultural environment, ideally on board a vessel. - Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide crew members and the Leadership Team. - Solid administrative skills are preferred, and proficiency in PC-based databases, spreadsheets, and word processing systems (Word, PowerPoint) is required. - Must be flexible, stress-resistant, and a committed team player. - Ability to work independently when delivering training and collaboratively when developing schedules and identifying needs with ship management. - Fluent in English - must be able to address any kind of information in an adequate manner with excellent oral and written English communication skills; the ability to speak an additional language is an advantage. - Guest-focused, service-oriented, positive personality, professional appearance, and impeccable hygiene standards are required, with excellent knowledge of all Public Health Policies. - Team builder with exceptional work ethic, motivational skills, training, and coaching abilities.
