Job Description

Junior Tax & Compliance Coordinator, Analyst

Nagarro

• Provide QC Accounting support, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all documentation. • Gather, review, and organize information required for Form 3115 preparation. • Assist in drafting and preparing Form 3115s under the guidance of senior staff. • Calculate Section 481(a) adjustments and ensure supporting schedules are complete. • Maintain accurate workpapers and documentation for all assigned tasks. • Collaborate with tax team members to ensure timely completion of projects. • Follow internal quality and compliance standards throughout the process.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of tax concepts; experience with Form 3115 or 481(a) adjustments is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with numerical data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and work independently or with a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Amenable to work 9:00PM-6:00AM, Monday to Friday shift.
