• You answer email inquiries about our videos, podcast, and membership program. • You support and assist our community on Discord and in weekly Zoom calls for German learners. • You help publish content on our social media channels (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), moderate comments and messages, and ensure a positive, respectful community atmosphere. • You contribute to creating video transcripts. • You keep the team informed about developments in the community and assist with administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

  • You enjoy supporting people learning German and feel comfortable communicating online and moderating calls.
  • You have German language skills at C2 level or higher, both written and spoken, and you are fluent in English.
  • You are creative, social-media-savvy, and quick to learn new tools; previous experience in community management or customer support is a plus.
  • Ideally, you are studying in a language-related field (e.g., German Studies, German as a Foreign Language, Linguistics) or in Communication/Social Media Management.
  • You work in a structured and self-organized way – including remotely – and as a registered student you can commit to approximately 10 hours per week (including weekend work).
