Affiliate Manager – iGaming, LATAM market

• Prospect, recruit and onboard affiliate partners across LATAM, including websites, influencers, media buyers, streamers and networks • Cultivate long-term relationships with affiliates to drive performance, engagement and loyalty • Design and refine CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid agreements together with the operations team • Monitor key metrics such as FTDs (first-time deposits), ROI, conversions, retention and traffic quality, implementing improvements as needed • Partner with Marketing, CRM and Product teams to align affiliate efforts with promotions, campaigns and local strategies • Ensure affiliates comply with brand guidelines, regulations and company policies • Identify and address fraud, low-quality traffic and policy violations • Oversee affiliate tracking tools to ensure accurate reporting, attribution and payments • Prepare performance summaries, forecasts and strategic recommendations for leadership • Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover expansion opportunities across LATAM • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events and partner meetings as required

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years in Affiliate Management within the iGaming industry, preferably with significant involvement in the LATAM market
  • Deep knowledge of key LATAM regions, including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina and Peru
  • Proven success managing CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid models with demonstrable business results
  • Data-driven approach to analyze metrics, identify patterns and drive optimizations
  • Experience identifying fraud, assessing traffic quality and ensuring compliance in affiliate setups
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable thriving in a results-oriented environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle competing demands
  • Fluency in English required; Spanish or Portuguese highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel to conferences and events
  • Ability to work LATAM time zones while based in Cyprus

Through a consultative business development process, you will own the entire business development process—from pipeline generation to close.
