CX Events Specialist

Humand

• Plan, organize, and execute customer-facing events (small, medium, and large scale) • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including timelines, vendors, budgets, and on-site execution • Produce and coordinate webinars and virtual events • Lead the organization and execution of award events • Manage merchandising, including sourcing, inventory, distribution, and brand alignment • Ensure an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after each event • Monitor event performance and gather feedback to continuously improve experience and results

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the events industry
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Availability and willingness to travel
  • Proven experience organizing customer events of varying sizes
  • Experience with webinars and virtual event platforms
  • Strong understanding of customer experience and attendee journey
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

We are seeking a Licensing Coordinator to join the TEDx Licensing team. This is a full-time role. The focus of this role will be on evaluating event proposals from new and returning organizers, reaching out to applicants to gather more information about their proposals or to clarify aspects of the program, and providing general support to our community to keep up with their enthusiasm and growth. Job Description Position description: The ideal candidate is mission-driven and eager to support our expanding global community - you’ll act as an informed resource for new applicants and returning organizers and you’ll also bubble up questions, concerns, or confusion from the community so we can better tailor and refine our resources. You must be detail oriented and methodical. Day to day work involves a variety of tasks from handling communication with potential and current organizers to managing the review process from start to finish for a high volume of applications. You’ll need to monitor, maintain, and prioritize several different workflows.
