• Build and own the DACH territory, developing and executing a go-to-market strategy focused on net new logo acquisition • Proactively generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, local network development, and targeted account engagement • Partner with Marketing and SDRs to convert inbound and campaign-driven leads into qualified opportunities • Lead complex, enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, from discovery through negotiation and close • Deliver tailored, value-driven product demonstrations that resonate with German enterprise buyers and finance leaders • Navigate procurement, compliance, and decision-making processes typical of DACH organizations • Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to Product, Marketing, and Professional Services • Collaborate cross-functionally to localize messaging and support market entry
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a strong track record of closing net new business
- Experience as an early or founding sales hire, or in a new market expansion role
- Proven success selling into German or DACH-based enterprises, with a strong understanding of regional business culture
- Native German speaker
- Fluent English speaker
- Experience managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with VP- and C-level stakeholders
- SaaS experience required; FinTech, Payments, AR/AP, or ERP experience preferred
- Ability to articulate ROI, cost savings, and operational efficiency to finance and IT buyers High level of ownership and comfort operating with ambiguity
- Strong presentation, communication, and discovery skills
- Experience working cross-functionally in a distributed organization
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDICC, Sandler, or Miller Heiman
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

This role will be responsible for hunting for new business to add to our growing client portfolio and working with established clients.
