• Provide technical service and support to the commercial team for existing and new clients across various B2B industrial sectors; • Design, develop, and deliver targeted technical training to ensure client knowledge and development. • Assist the technical lead team in the implementation of programs and TCO services; • Provide technical advisory on lubricant applications for industrial customers. • Present Shell's technical service offerings to the national market. • Define and execute test protocols, and prepare technical reports with conclusive diagnostics. • Recommend appropriate Shell lubricant products (oils and greases) for specific applications.
