As an AMS Workday Certified HCM Consultant (Advanced Compensation), you will be responsible for providing strategic support for our client’s Workday technology by delivering innovative ideas and effective solutions. Foster the development of other Consultants by sharing expertise. This remote role can be located anywhere within the United States or Canada to perform the required responsibilities. KEY EXPECTATIONS - Provide expertise in the Workday HCM product suite, with deep expertise and experience in Advance Compensation. - Lead the following as a member of a deployment team, or coach others to successfully: gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to clients - Work with confidential client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday - Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions - Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model as well as coach others on product knowledge - Communicate clearly and concisely. Collaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based projects - Work with team members to address complex tasks/requirements when other team members need support - Facilitate clients’ intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices - Maintain clients’ ongoing satisfaction, ensuring Intecrowd is referenceable and referable once in production - Provide regular status reports to the project managers keeping them apprised of overall project status - Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively - Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications - Ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation (assist integrators in configuring/testing integrations between Workday and external systems) - Demonstrate computational thinking. Identify problem components, analyze patterns, remove inefficient configurations or processes, and construct algorithmic solutions scalable to ongoing client needs - Contribute to and mold a culture of continuous education amongst your colleagues, mentees, and managers - serve as a professional role model - Provide insightful status reports to project managers that highlight risks to project health and improvements in client adoption REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Current Workday Partner HCM Certification and/or Advanced Comp Certification - 4+ years configuring and implementing various HCM solutions - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience - Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company - Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications - Demonstrated project management experience - Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: HCM/Talent & Performance/Recruitment/Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking/Compensation - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities - Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training - Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously a plus - Expected travel is +/-5% depending on project Employer’s Rights: Intecrowd has the right to revise this job description at any time. Position Summary The Consulting Manager – Customer Solutions serves as a trusted advisor to customers evaluating, designing, or optimizing Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and warehouse automation solutions.
