• Own and scale a greenfield territory (starting with Mid-Market and Enterprise in DACH, expanding beyond) • Drive net-new revenue from prospecting to close, with a strong emphasis on self-sourced pipeline • Position yourself as a trusted advisor to RevOps and Revenue leaders • Run high-impact, multi-stakeholder demos and executive conversations • Clearly articulate Weflow’s differentiated value in the emerging Revenue AI & Orchestration category • Continuously refine messaging and outbound strategies to build a repeatable, scalable motion • Educate senior executives on why Revenue AI is mission-critical — and why Weflow is defining the category

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling complex SaaS solutions to Mid-Market and Enterprise customers in multi-threaded sales cycles
  • Consistent track record of exceeding €800k+ annual quotas and closing six-figure deals (€100k+) in 9+ month sales cycles
  • Proven success selling to senior decision-makers (C-suite, CROs, RevOps, and other GTM leaders) in enterprise organizations (1,000+ employees)
  • True hunter mentality with a history of landing net-new logos and building markets in emerging categories
  • Strong command of MEDDPICC (or similar value-based methodologies) in complex enterprise deals
  • Solid background in SaaS / enterprise software sales
  • Exceptional communication skills — able to simplify complex topics and influence executive stakeholders.
