• Du definierst klare Release-Scopes , koordinierst deren Umsetzung und verantwortest den gesamten Release-Zyklus. • Du führst Code-Reviews von Entwickler durch, stellst die Qualität sicher und sorgst für saubere Integrationen ins System. • Du testest neue Features, integrierst sie in das Produktivsystem und kümmerst dich um die notwendige Dokumentation . • Du prüfst und optimierst unsere Merge-, Release- und Deployment-Prozesse sowie unsere CI/CD-Pipelines.
Job Requirements
- Technisches Verständnis von Python-basierten Webanwendungen (z. B. Django, Vue.js, Docker, Kubernetes, REST-APIs, Linux).
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Code-Reviews , Qualitätssicherung und sauberen Entwicklungsprozessen.
- Grundverständnis für IT-Security , sichere Softwareentwicklung, Datenschutz und den Umgang mit sensiblen Daten.
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken sowie hohe Sorgfalt beim Testen und Dokumentieren.
- Hilfsbereitschaft, Teamorientierung und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
