• Develop and maintain backend APIs and modern frontend interfaces (Next.js App Router) • Contribute to critical modules such as the fees calculation engine, ledger system, and smart routing mechanisms • Design and optimize high-performance data models using Prisma / ZenStack and PostgreSQL • Build merchant and admin dashboards (React) • Contribute to architectural decisions in a high-security environment (PCI-DSS) • Write robust tests and participate in code reviews • Collaborate closely with the technical team on the platform’s evolution

• Develop advanced, high-performance web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling. • Architect and maintain scalable UI component libraries and shared design systems. • Build reusable, maintainable, and modular code following best practices. • Implement SSR/SSG where appropriate (Next.js or equivalent). • Ensure high code quality through automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress). • Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO performance. • Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and rendering inefficiencies. • Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility. • Work closely with Backend Engineers, UX/UI Designers, Product Owners, and DevOps teams. • Take part in architectural discussions, design reviews, and technical decision-making. • Collaborate with Product to transform business requirements into technical tasks and user flows. • Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, retrospectives, demos).

• Collaborate with the Product Lead on product shaping (estimations, concerns) based on company goals and targets • Proactive help with incidents: Hot fixing, downtime prevention • Shape projects based on developer best practices. • Research, read up, experiment, educate with new ideas / research that could help Prezly in the future • Refactoring projects • Proactive and reactive bug fixing • Figure out the best way to implement the project on time, within scope • Work with Design to get to the easiest implementation for the user • Quality control; testing, performance improvement • Assist during incidents; help de-bug problems • You’ll be expected to ship, learn, and iterate fast rather than wait for everything to be perfect.
