• Identify key decision-makers within targeted Companies and initiate first contact through outbound outreach. • Become a subject-matter expert on e-signatures and Yousign’s value proposition, mastering our pitch, objection handling, and key messaging to generate interest and engagement. • Own and optimize your acquisition channels (LinkedIn, email, networking, etc.) to consistently build a strong pipeline. • Collaborate closely with the Operations team on strategic initiatives that support outbound growth – lead generation, sales automation, CRM enhancements, and more. • Maintain high-quality CRM data to ensure accurate tracking and forecasting. • Proactively forecast revenue and document key daily activities and performance metrics.

Job Requirements

  • Sales experience: Minimum 2 years (including internships), with proven exposure to cold calling.
  • SaaS or tech industry background is a strong plus.
  • Language skills: Native-level German and fluent English mandatory; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Communication: You’re a natural communicator – clear, concise, and persuasive in both writing and speech.
  • Adaptability: You know how to tailor your message on the fly, quickly adapting to different audiences and situations.
  • Organized & focused: You manage your priorities effectively while staying focused on long-term goals.
  • Tech-savvy: Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Notion is a bonus.
