• Prospección y generación de leads • Identificar agencias inmobiliarias con alto potencial • Contactar a los interlocutores adecuados a través de cold calls cualificadas • Presentar la oferta de papernest con impacto y profesionalismo • Realizar demostraciones del producto y formaciones, combinando la agilidad del remoto con visitas presenciales según la necesidad del partner. • Identificar las necesidades, responder a las objeciones, convencer • Negociar y cerrar los acuerdos dentro del tiempo previsto • Asegurar el éxito de la alianza mediante visitas 'on-site' cuando sea necesario, para activar a los primeros usuarios y garantizar el uso de la plataforma en la agencia. • Preparar el traspaso a el equipo de Customer Success Specialists • Seguir tus KPI con rigor (actividad, conversión, número de acuerdos firmados) • Contribuir a la mejora de los scripts, procesos y herramientas • Participar en workshops temáticos, co-desarrollo y coaching individual dentro del equipo

Job Requirements

  • Tienes al menos 2 años de experiencia en desarrollo comercial, prospección o ventas B2B;
  • Te sientes cómodo(a) al teléfono, eres persuasivo(a) y sabes crear una relación de confianza rápidamente;
  • Estás orientado(a) a resultados y motivado(a) para superar tus objetivos;
  • Te expresas perfectamente en español, tanto oralmente como por escrito (el inglés es un plus)
  • Eres curioso(a), riguroso(a), organizado(a), con una buena comprensión de los retos del negocio
  • Eres autónomo(a), ya has utilizado un software de ventas CRM y eres capaz de trabajar a distancia (experiencia en teletrabajo es un plus)
  • Se valorará positivamente tener carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para realizar desplazamientos alrededor de la provincia.
