• Liderar el departamento de Software Testing & QA, gestionando equipos técnicos y recursos asociados. • Definir e implementar la estrategia de validación y testing de software para sistemas embarcados. • Diseñar y supervisar planes de validación (test plan) orientados a mejorar la calidad temprana del software. • Garantizar la trazabilidad de requisitos técnicos desde su definición hasta su validación. • Supervisar el desarrollo y uso de bancos de pruebas y entornos de simulación avanzados. • Impulsar la adopción de nuevas metodologías, herramientas y buenas prácticas de testing y validación. • Coordinar la relación técnica con clientes, proveedores y stakeholders relevantes del proyecto. • Gestionar la planificación, capacidad y prioridades del departamento para dar soporte a los proyectos. • Asegurar el cumplimiento de requisitos técnicos, normativos y de calidad en los entregables de software. • Representar técnicamente al área en la toma de decisiones estratégicas y en fases clave de los proyectos.
Job Requirements
- Titulación en Ingeniería Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones, Automática, Robótica o similar.
- Amplia experiencia liderando equipos de Software Testing & QA en entornos industriales.
- Experiencia en sectores como ferroviario, automoción, aeronáutico o defensa.
- Conocimiento sólido en técnicas de validación de software y sistemas embarcados.
- Experiencia con testing HIL (Hardware in the Loop) y SIL (Software in the Loop).
- Experiencia en diseño y desarrollo de bancos de pruebas y entornos de simulación.
- Experiencia con herramientas de testing y validación como National Instruments u otras similares.
- Experiencia previa gestionando equipos técnicos de manera jerárquica.
