• Manage operational financial performance for campaigns, projects, and jobs • Drive cost-efficiency and identify Gainshare opportunities • Ensure contractual commercial obligations are met • Assign work to Production Support, ensuring compliance and operational management • Provide technical and operational support to client stakeholders • Ensure vendors understand and meet client requirements within service level parameters • Support the implementation of new service lines into assigned accounts • Ensure contract compliance, best practices, and service execution • Ensure data accuracy and support internal and external management information needs • Identify innovation opportunities within assigned contracts • Work with the Client Services Director to present compelling proposals to enhance and develop TMS offerings
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Print and Display environments
- Expertise in managing print management strategies, planning, budget, and cost management
- Proven service delivery experience in an account management setting
- Ability to develop and execute alternative solutions
- Strong technical understanding of Print and Display categories
- Experience managing multi-campaign/multi-job projects with multiple service line elements
- Fluency in Polish and English

The Account Manager (Promotional Products) is primarily responsible for working with customers in the higher education arena, including their affiliated foundations, health systems, and alumni associations. They utilize client brand standards during product ideation to ensure that product colors, graphic design, and product sourcing comply with all applicable guidelines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: - Develop and/or maintain relationships with current and potential customers. - Grow business by encouraging current customers to use Brandscape services outside their current scope of work. - Assist with bids on RFPs. - Accurately communicate customer needs to outside vendors. - Assist customers in designing products that are efficient to produce and, if applicable, avoid high costs when shipped to individual homes. - Support other account managers when their normal sales occasionally include licensing. - Actively follow jobs through production until completion and follow up with the customer when the job is complete. In a typical day, the account manager will utilize email, teleconference, and telephone to work with customers, graphic design contractors, USPS contacts, the variable data print operator, production supervisor, and the accounting team. There is an established work process to support those new to direct mail while being open to learning from the experiences of those more established in the field. Our production facility in Charlottesville, VA is equipped to print, cut, fold, insert, and address many mail pieces. This position has the opportunity for an increased scope to include promotional products, should business needs and employee performance support that.
