Contractor – Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist/Exercise Physiologist/Chiropractor

MedHealth

• Integral part of the close-knit team of Kairros Consultants • Responsible for assessing needs and providing effective solutions and strategies • Completing high-quality assessments such as worksite, vocational, functional, ergonomic, equipment, home and job analysis • Initial assessments to identify return-to-work barriers • Providing insights and recommendations to the primary Rehabilitation Consultant to progress case outcomes • Liaising with insurers, employers, treating practitioners, and workers where required • Completing accurate case notes and service documentation aligned with SLA and compliance requirements

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic with AHPRA or ESSA registration
  • Confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders such as insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues and employees
  • Willingness to travel (car and license essential)
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
  • Keen sense of punctuality and effective time management skills
