• Maintain support and maintenance of multiple applications within the healthcare Early Intervention team • Support an internet-based application using ASP.Net, C#, and/or VB.NET • Perform daily support needs such as defect fixes, coding enhancements, peer reviews, unit testing • Document existing systems with development team and business analysts

• Analyzes, designs, and builds component-based application in a Web/internet delivery environment • Designs and develops software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design • Writes software programming applications working on new and existing applications along with enhancements to web sites, web applications, and infrastructure • Modifies existing software to correct errors, adapt it to new hardware or upgrade interfaces and improve performance • Works with Business Systems Analysts to ensure programming code meets business requirements • Monitors functioning of equipment to ensure system operates in conformance with specifications • Consults with engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, develops specifications and performance requirements and resolves customer problems • Coordinates installation of software system

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems • Enable internal workforce to embrace and adopt AI technologies • Accelerate developer productivity and engineering quality by operationalizing GitHub Copilot across the SDLC • Define guardrails, measure impact (productivity, quality, and risk), and continuously improve developer experience • Create and maintain customization assets and GitHub advanced security practices • Collaborate with teams to integrate Copilot into day-to-day workflows in Visual Studio and GitHub

• The Integration Developer II is responsible for working collaboratively with product and platform teams to create and support rich, interactive applications that help end users manage their data and processes. • Software Engineer designs, codes, tests, implements, scales and (in some cases) supports application software and systems, usually as part of an Agile Development Team. • The Integration Developer II works closely with Analysts, Product Owners, and Product Managers to understand business requirements and translate these into product or platform features, user stories, and/or components. • Software Engineer drives the analysis and physical design of technical solutions related to a product or platform and is expected to effectively write new programs as well as support upgrades, maintenance or issue resolution for existing applications and systems. • Software Engineer uses DevOps and Agile processes to deliver desired functionality quickly and effectively, while iterating to continue development. • Software Engineer owns all aspects of development, from user experience (UX) planning to deployment. • The Integration Developer II contributes to the development of the team backlog and architectural runway, management of work in process (WIP) levels, and support of engineering aspects of program and solution Kanban. • Software Engineer may also participate in program increment planning, pre- and- post planning, system, and solution demos, and inspect and adapt events.
