Job Requirements
- 10+ years (VP) or 7-10 years (Director) in communications, PR, earned media, or integrated marketing, preferably with med-tech or healthcare-focused clients.
- Proven ability to operate with autonomy, anticipate client needs, and proactively solve challenges.
- Strong strategic storyteller with excellent writing, editing, and narrative development capabilities.
- Track record of leading media strategy, pitching, and developing earned activations that drive coverage and conversation.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and delivering senior-level counsel in a regulated environment.
- Skilled in navigating cross-functional teams, cross-agency partnerships, and complex client structures.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills and the ability to influence at senior levels.

The role combines operational excellence with strategic platform development, delivering results today while shaping the future of construction management across a larger, more complex, and geographically diverse organization.
