Release Analyst
General Dynamics
• Support the efficiency and effectiveness of the Release Management process. • Govern the Release Phases and Release Tasks for in-flight Releases. • Maintain quality checks on releases and ensure those that directly or indirectly result in support Incidents are recorded. • Ensure teams follow the Release Management process guidelines for all releases and escalate any repeated non-conformity. • Maintain the Global Release Calendar. • Attend Notional Timeline Planning meetings to confirm release risks and dependencies. • Present release status at Operational Readiness Review and Change Advisory Board meetings. • Coordinate Release outage and maintenance notifications. • Complete the post-release implementation review of all releases. • Facilitate meetings with the Product Owners, Scrum Master’s and internal teams to gather / provide updates. • Create and maintain Deliverables, Standard Operation Procedures, Reports, Dashboards, KPI’s for Release Management area.
Job Requirements
- BS/BA or the equivalent and 3+ years’ experience with Release Management governance
- 8+ years’ experience working with processes in a similar large-scale application environment
- 3+ Years’ experience with MS Office suite of products.
- 2 + Years’ experience with JIRA, ServiceNow or similar Change/Release Management Tool
- 2 + Years’ experience in working in collaboration with different teams
- Knowledgeable in the ITIL Framework, with a clear understanding of key process areas (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) and their interrelations.
- ITIL foundation certification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and coordination efforts.
- Proficient in leading status meetings with the client on a regular basis
- Familiarity with AI applications in IT governance and product lifecycle management
- Awareness of cybersecurity best practices in release cycles to safeguard sensitive systems and data

About the Role Under general supervision, responsible for producing reports from various sources to provide the department /division with actionable information or business intelligence. This is an intermediate level position performing basic assignments, and may require guidance. Job Details CNO Financial Group is hiring a Sr Financial Analyst (FP&A) to analyze financial and operational data to support financial planning, operating expense management, and FP&A systems. This role will prepare various deliverables for both internal and external financial reporting needs, including but not limited to quarterly GAAP and STAT reporting, monthly earnings and expense analysis, and plan and forecast activities. The Sr Financial Analyst, FP&A will take ownership, identify process improvement opportunities for existing processes and drive positive change across the organization. Role Description Partner One is looking for an M&A Associate. This is a full-time, permanent role.
