Dabei setzen wir auf unsere Begeisterung für Software-Engineering, Open Source und agiles Mindset. - Du denkst dich mit Begeisterung in die fachlichen Fragestellungen unserer Kund*innen ein und findest innovative Lösungen. - Du konzipierst und implementierst gemeinsam mit deinen Teamkolleg*innen User Stories in Java. - Du entwickelst automatisierte Tests, um die Qualität des Codes zu gewährleisten. - Du führst Code Reviews im Team durch und arbeitest im Pair Programming, um die Qualität zu verbessern und Know-How zu verteilen. - Du verwendest und optimierst die im Team etablierte Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery Pipeline. Qualifications - Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik. - Gute Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Anwendungen mit Java unter Einsatz von aktuellen Frameworks wie Spring Boot, o.ä. und Werkzeugen wie Jenkins und GIT. - Erfahrung mit Kubernetes, Docker oder Podman in einer Cloud Umgebung sind wünschenswert. - Grundverständnis zum Thema Containerisierung sowie Interesse an DevOps. - Lust auf agiles Arbeiten sowie Motivation dich kontinuierlich mit neuen Technologien und Trends auseinanderzusetzen. - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1). • Build, maintain, and enhance marketing web pages using Webflow, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. • Manage Webflow CMS collections, structure dynamic content, and optimize workflows for efficient content updates. • Work closely with designers to bring Figma designs to life while ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy and responsiveness. • Familiar with Client-First or other style guidelines and strategies, maintain consistency by adhering to style guidelines and strategies for Webflow projects. • Improve site speed, performance, accessibility, and SEO/AEO best practices. • Implement A/B testing, conversion rate optimizations, and tracking integrations with Google Analytics, Marketo, or similar tools. • Partner with Marketing, Content, and Growth teams to develop landing pages and campaign assets that drive engagement and conversions. • Enhance Webflow’s capabilities by implementing custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and third-party integrations. • Perform rigorous testing to ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and smooth interactions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive configuration management (CM) plans, processes, and procedures aligned with industry standards. • Manage engineering change requests (ECRs), change notices (CNs), and product baselines to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance with internal and external requirements. • Assess current Engineering Tools (ET) and Change Notice (CN) processes within IEM, identify gaps, and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency and reliability. • Establish and enforce version control protocols and configuration status accounting practices to maintain consistency across engineering documentation. • Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements, designs, and changes across the product lifecycle, supporting quality and compliance objectives. • Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing and program management teams to maintain configuration integrity and support project goals. • Maintain configuration management audit account and performance metrics to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making. • Provide support during internal and external audits, reviews, and compliance assessments related to configuration and change control.
