LOCATION: FULLY REMOTE WITHIN CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES SUMMARY: The RNN (Referral Nurse Navigator) is the primary liaison between AristaMD clients and our network of specialists, routing referrals, requests, and consultations, ensuring all of the above are routed accurately and appropriately. This person will work within several electronic health record (EHR) systems while leveraging a suite of other technology platforms to accomplish daily tasks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Submits accurate eConsults on behalf of primary care providers. - Ensures all assigned sites are continually reviewed for eConsult referrals. - Follows up on all saved and pending eConsults to be completed and notifies provider of pending items needed for eConsult submission. - Ensures accuracy of grammar and structure of eConsults. - Routes referrals once a disposition has been made by specialist. - Triages and processes submittable vs. non submittable referrals in clinic referral inboxes. - Notifies primary care providers with any responses from the AristaMD specialist. - Supports RNN team by assisting in busy clinic sites when available or needed. - Covers assigned clinic's eConsult referral in baskets, attaches appropriate documents and submits eConsult to specialist, and communicates the recommendations back to the referring provider. - Monitors overdue eConsults and communicates information to RNN Manager. - Responsible for logging all eConsults which are unable to be submitted. - Assists other AristaMD teams in input regarding clinic workflow and AristaMD app efficacy. - Quarterly, reviews eConsults per specialty to identify quality improvement areas and complete spreadsheets, as applicable. - Reviews completed eConsults to submit for review for QA meeting. Work Environment - This is a fully remote position. - Employee to start 20 hrs/week for first 3 months transitioning to 40hrs/week for the following 3 months. This is a temp position (6 months) with the potential to become a full-time position. - Standard Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility for team coverage as needed between 9-5 CST. - Some Holiday coverage will be required. - Must possess reliable high-speed internet access and a quiet, dedicated workspace. - Candidates must be physically located within the United States.
