Web & Mobile Developer II

• Work closely with UX & UI design, marketing, engineering and outside consultants on project goals and requirements. • Create user flows, wireframes, design-to-code prototypes, and final front-end code. • Identify, implement and manage best practices to streamline and maintain distributor web and mobile applications along with websites. • Present technical information to all level of staff and senior leadership as needed. • Lead development, troubleshooting and ideation to create and support our digital presence. • Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support). • Produce fully functional mobile and Web based applications. • Work closely with Salesforce admin team on building web forms, integrations, and QA testing. • Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions. • Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance. • Design interfaces to improve user experience. • Liaise with Marketing / Sales teams to plan new features. • Ensure new and legacy Web and Mobile applications meet quality standards. • Research and suggest new mobile products, applications, and protocols.

Job Requirements

  • Hands‑on experience with Angular & Capacitor is required.
  • Strong and communication skills (verbal and written) required for collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in Web/Mobile application development and testing.
  • Proficiency with, Angular, Json, XML, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, C#, .Net, JavaScript and jQuery.
  • Experience building, testing, and releasing apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Familiar with Android and iPhone platform development.
  • An advanced understanding of basic UI/UX principles.
  • Exposure to full stack web development methodology and technology.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle as well as QA and test processes.
  • Familiarity with Git based code hosting and collaboration tool like Bitbucket.
  • Ability to create support documentation for all new applications.
  • Experience with third-party libraries and API development.
  • Familiarity with Object Oriented Programming design principles.
  • Experience with RDBMS systems such as SQL Server or Oracle.
